Enento Group has merged from several different Nordic companies right before the Covid-19 and thus the shared “One Enento” leadership culture was not initiated at that point. With the new CEO and new strategy there was a need to build a shared language and understanding of the Enento leadership and thus we decided to start a program to build it. The leading thought was to change the mindset from managing employees to leading human beings. Based on our experience and global studies emotional intelligence and emotional agency are becoming one of the most impactful ways building the culture, performance, well-being, and growth mindset of people in organizations. We need to understand the role emotions have in our organization, how they affect our people and ultimately how they affect our business success. Even if we have the best systems in place, emotions still run people. The Emergy Emotional Agency Program® for Enento was a hybrid program with flexible online learning, applied exercises, live workshops and peer coaching (Study Buddy) to reinforce learning.
